Can we improve a hot cross bun, YES WE CAN! A delicious spin on an Easter favourite.
- 1 pack Kytons FruChocs Hot Cross Buns
- 1 tbsp ricotta
- Squeeze of honey
- Heat up a sandwich press. Cut FruChocs Hot Cross Bun in half and toast in sandwich press, leaving until toasted to your preference.
- Spread tablespoon of ricotta onto one half of the bun, top with honey. Put other half of bun on top and enjoy!
