Description:

Can we improve a hot cross bun, YES WE CAN! A delicious spin on an Easter favourite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Kytons FruChocs Hot Cross Buns
  • 1 tbsp ricotta
  • Squeeze of honey

Method:

  1. Heat up a sandwich press. Cut FruChocs Hot Cross Bun in half and toast in sandwich press, leaving until toasted to your preference.
  2. Spread tablespoon of ricotta onto one half of the bun, top with honey. Put other half of bun on top and enjoy!
